
SUMENEP – Dozens of students from Fathimah International Elementary School (FIES) Sumenep achieved outstanding results, winning championship titles and advancing to the grand final of the 2026 KURVA Science, English, and Mathematics Olympiad. The achievements were secured after the preliminary round held on Sunday, February 1, 2026.
At the regency-level competition, seven FIES students won championship titles: three students earned first place, three students earned second place, and one student earned third place. In addition, four students finished in the top 10, and all of them qualified for the grand final of the 2026 KURVA Olympiad.
The following is the list of FIES students who advanced to the grand final, including those who won championship titles:
The coordinator of the FEXEL Program at FIES Sumenep, Mirsya Adelia, M.Pd., expressed appreciation and pride for the students’ achievements. “These accomplishments are the result of students’ hard work, dedicated guidance from teachers, and full support from parents. We hope this success will motivate other students to keep striving for excellence and not be afraid to take on challenges,” she said.
She further explained that FIES Sumenep conducts continuous Olympiad coaching through mentoring programs and intensive training. In addition, the school implements learning that emphasizes character development, creativity, and global competitiveness.
